About Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark Dog Sanctuary is a rescue centre based in Mellieha. Our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs who have been abandoned, mistreated, or brought in due to changes in their owners' circumstances.

Most of our dogs are strays rescued from the streets of Malta, or surrendered by loving owners who can no longer care for them. Every dog in our care receives proper veterinary treatment, food, shelter, and most importantly — love and patience as they learn to trust again.

We are a small team that relies entirely on donations and volunteers. Every euro donated and every hour given goes directly toward giving these animals a better life.

About✨ Personality Milo is an 11-month-old boy full of life, love, and energy! He’s a super friendly, playful dog who absolutely adores everyone he meets — people, dogs, and even cats. He has a fun, happy personality and loves being involved in everything around him. Milo especially loves playing with tennis balls and enjoys any chance to run, play, and have fun. 🐾🎾 🏡 Ideal Home Milo would thrive in an active home with someone who can give him plenty of daily exercise, patience, and continued training. Since he didn’t have much training as a young puppy, he still needs guidance and structure to help him become the best version of himself. He would do best with an owner who understands young, energetic dogs and is willing to continue teaching him and keeping both his mind and body active. 📝 What You Need to Know Milo is still a very young dog and can be quite energetic and excitable, especially when it’s time for walks — he gets very excited when the leash comes out! However, once he settles, he is amazing and continues to improve with his leash training every day. He is very intelligent, eager to learn, and has so much potential with the right guidance and consistency. Milo is incredibly loving, social, and playful, and he will make a wonderful companion for someone ready to invest time, training, and love into him. ❤️

About✨ Personality Diamond is sweet, affectionate, and gentle. Despite her past, she loves people deeply and enjoys cuddles and attention. She is very friendly with volunteers and bonds quickly with those she trusts. 🏡 Ideal Home Diamond would do best in a calm, experienced home where she can be the only pet and fully relax into her new life. She needs someone who understands large breeds and can give her structure, love, and daily exercise. 📝 What You Need to Know Diamond had a difficult start in life and moving between homes, but she is now safe, healing, and improving with care. She is currently on special food for her skin and is already showing great progress and she is dog reactive, needs guidance.

He enjoys being around people, walks beautifully on the leash, and is not reactive towards other dogs. 🏡 Ideal Home He would do best in a calm, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years in comfort. He needs a patient owner who will give him time to adjust and make him feel safe and secure again. 📝 What You Need to Know He is 9 years old and has recently lost his home, now adjusting to shelter life. Despite the change, he remains sweet, well-mannered, and trusting. He deserves a peaceful, forever home where he will be loved and never left behind again.
